Edal's low voltage drop high surge current
schottky rectifiers are ideally suited
for high efficiency circuits. Available
in DO4, DO5, and TO3 hermetically sealed
packages with current ratings up to
80 amps and voltages up to 45 volts.
The unique bonding techniques developed by Edal provide excellent electrical and thermal conductivity and closely match the CTE of the silicon chip which prevents thermal fatigue.
Because of the extremely low forward voltage drop and fast switching speed these devices are ideal for switching power supplies and for high frequency applications.
