Edal stud mounted Power Rectifiers are rugged, hermetically sealed units in DO4, DO5, DO8, DO9, and TO3 configurations. Products range in current from 6 to 300 amps with voltages from 50 to 1500 volts.

These rectifiers feature low forward voltage drop, low reverse leakage currents, high surge current ratings, and high I2t. All rectifiers are offered in standard and reverse polarity and are available in standard, fast recovery, and Bulk Avalanche.

All series use a simultaneous diffused and glass passivated junction interfaced with molybdenum. These techniques are utilized to assure stable and uniform electrical characteristics and to eliminate thermal fatigue. The unique design of the all-copper base construction assures for maximum thermal and electrical conductivity and allows for high mounting torque.

These units are ideal for commercial, industrial and military applications including power supplies, ultrasonics, RF and Inductive systems, inverters, welders, generators, and battery chargers.
