High Voltage P.C. Board Assemblies
Edal's high voltage P.C. board assemblies
are ideally suited for X-ray applications.
They are available in voltages up to
220 kV and currents up to 500 mA (in
oil).
Assemblies are constructed from either
individual or multichip diodes, which
have been simultaneous diffused and
passivated. Diodes are tested, selected,
and stabilized to meet Bulk
Avalanche designs, thereby assuring
reliability. Fast recovery assemblies
are also available. This series can
be easily customized to meet your electrical
and physical requirements. |
