Diodes Edal
diodes are miniature and medium current
devices that offer reliable operation
even under extreme humidity and other
severe environmental conditions.
Flexible axial leads and compact construction facilitate circuit board applications and point-to-point wiring.
All diodes utilize simultaneously diffused, passivated junction techniques to assure stable and uniform electrical characteristics. Standard and fast recovery Bulk Avalanche types in voltage ratings from 50 to 1500 volts and currents from 200 mA to 6 amps are offered.
Edal's diodes have high surge currents and I2t ratings making them ideal for Pulsing circuits.
